Drawing from her lived experience with disability and being plus-size, Diana brings a deeply personal and authentic perspective to her work. As an accessibility and size-inclusion consultant and public speaker, she is passionately committed to advancing equity for people with disabilities and challenging the often-overlooked barriers faced by plus-size individuals. Her work focuses on the intersection of disability, body size, and access, amplifying the voices of those who are too often left out of traditional accessibility conversations. Leslie is uniquely skilled at seeking growth through open conversations, conflict coaching, trainings, and workshops, and she firmly believes that issues don’t resolve simply by putting programs in place but by continually evolving and creating a channel to listen to and understand the people who are our greatest assets.
