    Hi Debra,

I never thought about my habits as my routine along with feedback from them.

This is a great way to begin being aware of what is going on with ourselves and making changes where the feedback does not feel great.

I also liked how you said are you looking at your cell phone first and making other people’s agenda your priority. So true.

Self-care is beautiful and crucial. Thanks for the tips on how to make that possible.

    Regards,

Thank you for the feedback Dawn. Self care before we can serve the world with our talents and abilities.

    Hi Debra,
I like how you reference the weight on the scale as feedback and how checking your email first thing in the morning is responding to someone else’s agenda versus your own. This is a good way to frame it which can lead to a mindset shift.

When we think about things differently we have better energy to shift those patterns and routines.

    Great reminders!
    Carrie

Thank you Carrie, emails and chats can take us away from some of our greatest return on investment. We need to be mindful.

Thanks Debra for the reminder. I have always planned my days. Remembering the plus and minus seven rule (always making sure I do not over plan my day, we can usually do seven things well in a day). When the plan is on paper I then make a ‘Sensibly Selfish’ spot – just for me, even if its just five minutes.

I can easily fill my days, the key for me is to make sure I leave a gap for meditation, 4 minutes of ‘planking’ exercise and time for doing nothing.

Thank you Kay! It is so important to plan the day and fit in some of the “Sensibly Selfish”time!

I agree Debra, habits do determine success and/or failure. What we practice we perfect.

I prime my pump with daily affirmations to set the tone for the kind of day, week, month I want to experience. It is important that we do the things we need to do to accomplish our goals on the days we brush our teeth.

    All the best,
    Lyndsh
